Maurizio was CEO of Tesseract Health, where he led medical imaging product development and a $90M capital raise. He was President and CEO of SMaL Camera Technologies, which he successfully merged with Cypress. He started his career at IBM, where he eventually became the Director of VLSI Design and Communications Technology. Maurizio, a Fulbright Fellow, has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Brown University, and a Laurea in Electronic Engineering from University of Naples, Italy.
