David Shuler

Dave was  SVP and Chief of Staff at Goldman Sachs and NYSE, and managing director of CME Group Inc. and founder of Y2X.  In those roles he developed, negotiated, and executed complex international transactions in regulated environments. He also served for 14 years as a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. State Department.  He received a BA magna cum laude from Dartmouth College.
