Hillary has served most of her career at Washington University as a Research Specialist or Senior Research Technician that designed, executed, and interpreted research projects. She began her career as a Technical Editor, Senior Technical Support Associate, and Laboratory Technician at Genome Systems/Incyte. In the Honors Program at McKendree University, she gained a BS in Biology with a Chemistry minor.
She has gained experience with mammalian cell culture, cell-based assays, and many molecular biology techniques. She has also processed study participant samples such as blood, tissue, saliva, and urine. She describes herself as a strong team player who thrives in both team and individual settings. Her hobbies include running, playing soccer, and reading.
